Explore More of the Front Range
Denver’s park system is unique. Denver has 14,000 acres of parks that lie in the nearby foothills of the Rocky Mountains. These parks are owned by the City of Denver but are not within the traditional city limits of Denver. The Denver Mountain Parks are open and available to the public and have great access to the mountains just outside of Denver. Please see website for hours and park maps and information.
